Hi,

I'm not able to go on the Internet or use anything wi my 3G. When I came back from holidays my iPhone 5s 3G wouldn't work. Any help?

You mean your data has been used up?
What does your online account say about your data allowance balance?
Or what does dialing *100*8# and hitting call return?
If it has been used up then perhaps you simply have some apps that are using a lot of data?
Most phones have some sort of data usage monitor rust give an idea of what apps/services are using data.
Alternatively there are plenty of apps that do this and more.
If necessary contact 48 support in case they can give you some info.
