I can’t connect to internet when I’m away from WiFi.
Q2: I am connected to tescos mobile not 48

For data to work you need to configure your internet/APN settings.

Some phones misidentify 48 as Tesco but if everything is otherwise working (calls, texts and data once you configure the settings above) then you can just ignore it.
