Does your mobile data work at all for any other connected apps?
E.g. web browser?
Did you ever configure your APN settings?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
If mobile data works for other connected apps but just not for the Now app (and/or RTÉ?) then it must be something specific to the app and you might want to contact the service provider's customer service.
