App won't let me buy Internet.

When I try to buy internet it tells me that my
Membership doesn't let me buy internet which is incorrect. How do I resolve this?

You mean the iPhone app?
I'm not familiar with it so if suggest buying the add-on online via your online account instead for now?
Did add-on purchase work before via the app?
