It says my 3G is full but when I turn it on and go to use the internet it says I have no internet connection when I just purchased new mobile data?

Did it ever work for you before?
Dial *100*8# and hit call - what comes back?
Do you have an active membership?

It has always worked up until I went on holidays and hasn't worked since I came home yesterday and yes my membership is active

You probably need to reconfigure your internet settings.

Some people have reported data not working having been roaming abroad.

Do calls and texts work OK?
