3G not working properly

Hi,
I got a new iPhone and since then I cannot play any videos or load anything on the Internet with 3G coverage, it is much slower than before on my old I phone . I have the same sim as before. Any help appreciated thanks

Did you configure your internet/APN settings?

Are they correct?

If you still have problems post back with more info - ideally screenshots of your settings.

 

Do calls/texts work OK?

Not sure what exactly you mean by the phone being much slower than before?

If data is not configured and working then that's obviously going to be infinitely slow. Man Happy

But do you mean that other operations on the phone not related to internet access are slow?

If so then that's unlikely to be related to the 48 network to be honest.

 

What model is the new iPhone?

What make/model was your old phone?

Maybe the new phone is simply lower spec than the old one?
