This competition, 48 One4All Voucher Christmas 2023, is organised by Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as 48.

Competition Dates: Opens: Monday 11th December 2023 at 23:59 & Closes: Saturday 16th December 2023 at 23.59

  1. You must be aged over 16 and be a resident of Republic of Ireland to enter.
  2. The competition commences on Monday 11th December 2023 and closes on Saturday 16th December 2023 at 23.59.
  3. You must enter the competition on Instagram - all you need to do is follow @48ireland on Instagram and like and comment on the competition post. 
  4. You must be an existing or new customer to 48 and activate and purchase your first membership before December 11th 2023 to be entered into the draw to win a €100 One4All voucher. 
  5. There will be one winner selected to receive a €100 One4all voucher.
  6. The prize for this competition is one One4All physical voucher to the value of €100.
  1. The winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram on 19th December 2023 and the prize will be sent to the winner selected. The winner must claim their prize before 31st December 2023.
  2. There is no cash or other alternative.
  3. Three reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
  4. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which are deemed to inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.

Privacy Notice:

Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited and Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited trading as 48 act as joint Data Controllers when we use any of the personal data you provide as part of this competition and as such we are obliged to tell you how we will treat that data. The winners name will be posted to 48’s Instagram, our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest. Your entry will be used in line with Instagram and Facebooks privacy notices as they are also Data Controllers of personal data that you share with them so please familiarise yourself with those notices.

We will take your name and address in order to send the winner their prize, our lawful basis is to fulfil the competition in accordance with these terms. We will just keep this information long enough to deliver your prize and in line with competition rules.

Your name will be displayed on our website at 48.ie if you are a winner for as long as is required under consumer competition rules.
