This competition, 48 X10 Dunnes Stores Gift Card, is organised by Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as 48.

Competition Dates: Opens: Monday 18th December 2023 at 23:59 & Closes: Saturday 23rd December 2023 at 23.59

  1. You must be aged over 16 and be a resident of Republic of Ireland to enter.
  2. The competition commences on Monday 18th December 2023 and closes at midnight on Saturday 23rd December 2023.
  3. You must enter the competition on Instagram - all you need to do is follow @48ireland on Instagram, comment on the competition post and reshare the post. You must be an existing or new customer to 48 and activate and purchase your first membership before December 23rd 2023 to be entered into the draw to win 1 of 10 €100 Dunnes Stores Gift Card.
  4. There will be 10 winners. Each winner will receive one Dunnes Stores Gift Card to the value of €100. The Dunnes Stores Gift Card will be sent out to the winners directly from 48, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
  5. A winner may only be awarded a maximum of one €100 Dunnes Stores Gift Card in this competition.

  7. The winners will be randomly selected and contacted via the social account provided to claim their prize.
  8. .There is no cash or other alternative.
  9. Three reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
  10. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which are deemed to inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.

Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited and Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited trading as 48 act as joint Data Controllers when we use any of the personal data you provide as part of this competition and as such we are obliged to tell you how we will treat that data. The winners name will be posted to 48’s Instagram, our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest. Your entry will be used in line with Instagram and Facebooks privacy notices as they are also Data Controllers of personal data that you share with them so please familiarise yourself with those notices.

We will take your name and address in order to send the winner their prize, our lawful basis is to fulfil the competition in accordance with these terms. We will just keep this information long enough to deliver your prize and in line with competition rules.

Your name will be displayed on our website at 48.ie if you are a winner for as long as is required under consumer competition rules.
