Got new sim. Needed to contact 48 on chat to activate it. Make sure your contacts are backed up or saved to phone. Once they activate it I restarted the phone and service was restored.
This is beyond a joke at this stage. A family member living with me has 48 too and his phone is working fine but mine isn't. Asked them on chat about it and said it's random customers that are affected. Think it's time to switch supplier.
