In that case you should log a support query asking 48 support what the problem is and why neither of you received the kickback credit.

How to get help 

I'm assuming you chose to be paid in credit and not cash which is only paid out quarterly? And that you ordered the SIM through the kickback page

Your My Kickback page should show the new SIM if it's a kickback SIM.

I got a sim from a friend, brought my number over to 48, bought membership (not don) and neither of us have gotten any kickback?

Your friend may not get their kickback reward until later depending on what option they chose.

If you got a kickback SIM, registered it and bought membership then you should have received your kickback credit immediately.

Are you/your friend sure that it was a kickback SIM and not a regular SIM unrelated to the kickback scheme?
