For all you 48 customers out there who buy credit vouchers in stores, we have some important information!

 

48 are dedicated to keeping their customer journey online only and, as such, from 6 January 2020, you wil no longer be able to buy 48 top-up vouchers in shops. Don’t worry though, you can still purchase credit, but you will need to do this through your My48 account. 

 

You will still be able to use any in-date voucher bought before 6 January 2020 by calling 1740. Please check your voucher for its expiry date.

 

How to top up on My48:

  1. Log into your My48 account here or through the My48 app.
  2. Go to "Buy membership" tab and select the amount of credit that you wish to top up by. 
  3. Enter your card details and complete the purchase.
