My48 app is free self-service option that makes it easier than ever for you to stay in control and manage your account while on the go. 


If you already have the My48 app downloaded and have auto update enabled then your phone will look after your update for you. To update the My48 app manually then it’s available for you to download here on Android and here on IOS .



It’s easy to use, and lets you do stuff like: 


  1. Check your balance and transaction history
  2. Access your Flexi Data
  3. Check your remaining allowance   
  4. Buy top-up credit, membership & add-on’s for yourself using a pre-registered payment card. 
  5. Update contact information 
  6. Recruit friends through your Recruit & Reward programme
  7. Manage your marketing preferences 
  8. Get your PUK code 
  9. Order a replacement SIM



If you’re having issues with the My48 app, then we'd suggest trying the following:

  • Double check that your using the correct email and password combo to log in.
  • Uninstall and reinstall app.
  • Try to log into your My48 account on desktop.
