Hey Guys,


We just want to give advanced to notice that the 48 website is scheduled to undergo some essential maintenance on the below dates.


  • Monday the 18th of May from 5am to 12pm.
  • Tuesday the 19th of May from 6am – 10am.


Calls, texts and data are not affected during the update.


Our aim is to always carry out maintenance improvements when possible outside business hours so as not to impact your experience.


Service unavailable during this time

  • 48 website
  • My48 – buying Add on’s, membership and top up.
  • Giftshop top up


Service available during this time

  • 48 Community is available 24/7 just click here
  • If you’ve an auto-renew or stacked membership already set up, then that’ll kick-in as usual. If your memberships due to expire on those morning then you can choose to wait until the site is back up and running or stack your membership in advance, so you don’t run out!
  • Our Care Crew will be available during opening hours. Just a heads up they will also have limited system access during this time so they can assist you with general queries and once maintenance has been completed and you happen to need any guidance with your account they can assist you then.
  • If you’re on one of our legacy membership you can continue to renew your membership by text, just send your membership name to 1745 e.g Guido to 1745. You will  need to have available credit already on your account to make your purchase.  For more info on your legacy membership and add on text options then click here


We also want to take this time to thank you! We know there’s been a lot of changes over the last couple of weeks and lot of learnings and improvements that we’ve taken on board and are working to put in place to make 48 the network for you, so thank you for your patience while we continue to do that!
