The SIM PIN lock option is probably enabled on your phone. It should be possible to disable this so that you don't have to enter the PIN every time you reboot the phone. The SIM PIN lock option is usually under security settings. Where this is depends on what type of phone and phone operating system you have.

Hope this helps.

thanks very much, I am using lumia 820, when I used vodafone before, I don't need to enter pin every time. Is it because I don't set it right?

It may be enabled on 48 SIMs by default. Just switch it off.

Hi there, I’m currently on an iPhone and I checked under the privacy section but couldn’t find anything to help me. Is there anything I can do?

You mean to disable SIM PIN locking?
It's not under Privacy settings.
It's here

Hope this helps.

@Abdule2472, @InchydoneyS2039 has said that they're using an iPhone and the link that I posted explains exactly what they need to do to disable SIM PIN locking in an iPhone. So I'm not sure why you're posting instructions that are more vague and mentioning Android?
