Unable to buy memebership

I am unable to buy membership or topup since the site changed as i get the error "Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a SIM swap in progress".

I am having the exact same problem. Also response to problems is normally excellent using the web chat but that seems to be disabled now.

Please help!!!
