Summary contract

Could someone please tell me how I am supposed to accept the summary contract and am happy to proceed? Every time I try to do it and I click the little square box to indicate that I have received it and am happy to proceed the page just stays like that I am not given any options to do anything else, each time I try I receive another copy of the contract in my email but nowhere on that contract is there any spot or anything else that I could click on to confirm I have received it or anything else, I have been doing this on n off for more than 12 hours and I am frustrated and not far from cancelling the whole thing,I had no problem like this when I joined the last Time with my other number
