can you use knect for xbox one in Ireland if you put your location as England

A few friends of myne have done it I was wondering would it be against the rules and regulations witch could sequel to ban me. And I've herd rumors it can stop your usb ports on the xbox to stop working

From what i've seen it's only to activate voice control. (stand to be corrected) 

So is it really worth Microsofts time banning people for for using England as your address for something so minor?

Why not contact Microsoft and see what they have to say?

On my Ps4 i use America as my address, basically you can buy the digital games and DLC for so much cheaper in comparison to Europe. There are savings between €30-€50 to be made. That's some serious money to be saved!!!!

I have not received any warning or ban from Sony.
