I bought credit in the shop but don't know how to sign up for the deal doing it through your phone

Membership V credit

I "top up" by €10 but when I log into my account it says I have €1 credit and my membership is valid until the following month. What is this €1 credit???!!

i recently chaned to 48 from meteor i got my phone unblocked after a number of weeks now it still wont let me call people or text, Do i need to sync my phone or anything

Lost old sim so I can't get 48 sim working

I lost my old sim for Meteor so I can't get the code to keep my old number from 48 sent to it. Any help as to what I can do?
