Got a new number but I wanted to keep old number

Hi ,I think I made a mistake because I've activated my sim & got a new number.But I actually wanted to keep my e siting number.What should I do now ?Thanks in advance for any help

Problem activating new sim

Hi, Hope you can help. I just received my replacement sim and when I entered the new activation code it told me to contact 48 help. I tried several different browers and cleared all history but no luck. What next? Many thanks,Theo

Double charge

I bought The Mitch and there was an error in my purchase! I was double charged after paying 15euro! I ended up paying 30euro for The Mitch and I would like a refund of 15euro please
