Hi, I had an issue with my sim and trying to get my data working. I want to give my biggest compliments to the agent who helped me, Neha. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour, even when I had to restart my phone to get it working to ensure that my issue was solved.
She was the best customer care agent who has ever helped me. I am 17 and have just switched to 48 and she was an incredible help to me. I really hope that you value her as an employee as she is really amazing and she went above and beyond to solve my problem.
