Hi, My son has just arrived and roaming is not working. We have tried all suggestions given by 48 chat. When he selects the ‘when abroad’ section he can’t get past this option. He is using an Iphone7. Any help would be greatly appreciated. From a very anxious mum. Thank you. Ps he has traveled to Uk & Spain and hasn’t encountered roaming issues previously.
