I was in Northern Ireland today but couldn’t get any phone or Internet connection. What did I do wrong?

Nothing. I'm regularly in northern Ireland and roaming never worked. Been on to support many times never worked. I give up.

How do I know what is the name of my membership ? Is it Guido, Mitch or other? I think some of them don’t have roaming. Is that correct?
