This customer only competition, “Win a refurbished iPhone 16 from refurbed.ie” Competition 2026, is organised by Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as “48”.
Competition Dates: 18th Feb- 2nd March 2026. You must be aged 16 and over and be a resident of the Republic of Ireland to enter this competition.

1.  The competition commences 18th Feb.

2.  The competition is not open to Three or 48 employees, agents, contractors, or sub-contractors - or their families.

3.  To be entered into the prize draw you must be a 48 customer and must complete the entry form. 

4.  Entry to the competition is not available through any other channel. 

5.  The prize draw will take place on 3rd March 2026 and winner will be contacted via email from refurbed.ie. Winner will be selected at random. 

6.  Your right to enter this competition is exclusive to you. Any such entitlement is personal to you.

7.  The prize for this competition is a refurbished iPhone 16 black from refurbed.ie. 48 reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter the prize or substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification. Prize is non refundable and non transferable. 

8.  The winner will be randomly selected. The winner must have an active plan. The winner will be contacted directly via email on and the prize will be sent to the winner selected. In the event that a winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or 48 is unable to contact a winner after reasonable efforts have been made, 48 may award the prize to another entrant, selected at random.

9.  All personal data provided is processed in accordance with the Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited, trading as 48, Privacy Policy which can be reviewed at https://www.48.ie/legal/privacy-policy .

10.  By accepting the prize, the winner grants 48 the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as 48 may choose (including but not limited to the internet and/or Social Media) for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this competition without additional consideration.

48 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
