The following terms and conditions for the St. Patrick’s Day Promotion (the “Promotion”) are in addition to the 48 Terms of service https://48.ie/legal/terms-and-conditions
Promotion: Enter the competition via St. Patrick’s Day email and be in with a chance to win a pair of tickets to a gig of choice in the 3 Arena.
Promotion Dates: 16th March 2023 to 23rd March 2023 inclusive.
a) Your right to avail of the Competition (eligibility) is exclusively subject to you meeting each of the following:
i) Being an active 48 customer as of 15th March 2023 and following the instructions in the mail to gain entry. Click through the email via the link to be entered.
ii) Opted IN to receive email marketing messages from 48.
iii) Opted IN to receive 48 & Three's (48's Parent Brand) best offers and promotion.
b) Under this Competition, you will have a chance to win a pair of tickets to a gig of choice, strictly subject to you meeting the eligibility criteria outlined above within the Promotion Dates outlined above.
c) 48 reserves the right to modify these Competition terms (or discontinue this Competition or any part of it) for valid commercial technical or operational reasons, subject to reasonable notice being provided.
d) The competition winner will be randomly selected on the 23rd of March 2023 and will be contacted via email and will have 30 days to respond to claim their prize. Otherwise, 48 reserves the right to select another winner. Winner must choose the tickets within 6 months of winning. There is no cash alternative.
