October 2026 – 48 Milanos Voucher & Cinema Voucher Competition Terms and Conditions 

This competition, “Win 1 x €150 Milanos voucher & 1 x €50 cinema voucher ”, customer competition (the “Competition”) 2026, is organised by Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as “48”. 

Competition Dates: 13.00pm 15th October 2026 to 11.59pm 26th October 2026. You must be aged 16 and over and be a resident of the Republic of Ireland to enter this competition. 

1. The competition is not open to Three employees, agents, contractors, or sub-contractors - or their families. 
2. To be entered into the prize draw you must you must have received an invitation to enter by email. You must then click the link in the invitation to visit the 48 competition webpage, select “Enter Competition”. Entry to the competition is not available through any other channel. 
3. The prize draw will take place on 26th October and the one (1) winner only will be selected by the email provided upon entry to the competition. 
4. Your right to enter this competition is exclusive to you. Any such entitlement is personal to you. 
5. There will be one (1)  winner only. The prize for this competition is one (1) €150 Milanos voucher and one (1) €50 cinema voucher (the “Prize”) (the online cinema voucher available to be chosen by the winner– Odeon, IMC or Movies@), which will be sent out to the winner at the email address provided. 
6. 48 will contact the winner via the email associated with the customer’s account. 48 reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter the prize or substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification. 
7. The winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be contacted directly via the email address associated with the account and the prize will be sent to the winners selected. In the event that the  winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or 48 is unable to contact the winner after reasonable efforts have been made, 48 may award the prize to another entrant, selected at random. 
8. All personal data provided is processed in accordance with the Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited, trading as 48, Privacy Policy which can be reviewed at https://www.48.ie/legal/privacy-policy . 
9. By accepting the prize, the winners grants 48 the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as 48 may choose (including but not limited to the internet and/or Social Media) for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this competition without additional consideration. 
10. 48 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason. 
11. By entering this competition, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which are deemed to be inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.  
12. 48/Three reserves the right to provide substitute Prize(s) of similar value should the specified Prize(s) become unavailable for whatever reason. Cash or credit alternatives may be offered at 48/Three’s sole and exclusive discretion. 
13. The prize is not  transferable. Events may occasionally be cancelled for reasons outside 48/Three’s control. Three 48 will endeavour to update winners with relevant information but cannot issue refunds for texts sent or calls made before this occurs (where applicable). 48/ Three will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of any event.
