#DoGoodWithData Terms and Conditions

#DoGoodWithData is organised by Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as 48.

Campaign Dates: 16th December – 22nd December 2020 inclusive

 

  1. Give up your Instagram feed for 24hrs and tag @48Ireland on your post or story from 16th - 22nd December 2020 or until 20,000 tags reached, whichever occurs first and we’ll donate 1GB/50cent per person to Foodcloud.
  2. If your Instagram account is set to private, we won’t be able to see your tag, please switch your account setting to public before tagging us. Alternatively, you can send us a DM with a screengrab to show us you’re taking part.
  3. The quantity of donations will be capped at 20,000 the equivalent of €10,000.
  4. You must be aged over 16 and be a resident of Republic of Ireland to participate.
  5. The campaign and donation period commences on 16th December 2020 and closes on 22nd December 2020.
  6. To take part you must tag @48ireland in your Instagram post or story and go offline for 24hrs
  7. A donation of 1GB of data, the equivalent of 50 cent will be made to FoodCloud for every person that participates.
  8. Three reserves the right to suspend or terminate the campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
  9. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which are deemed to inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.
  10. Privacy Notice:

Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as 48 acts as Data Controller when it uses any of the personal data you provide as part of this campaign and as such we are obliged to tell you how we will treat that data. Your posts/stories will be used in line with Instagram and Facebooks privacy notices as they are also Data Controllers of personal data that you share with them so please familiarise yourself with those notices.
