This Mobile Home Campervan rental competition is organised by Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited (“Three”) trading as 48.

Competition Dates: 1^st July – 23^rd July 2021 

1. You must be aged over 16 and be a resident of Republic of Ireland to enter.

2. The competition commences on 1^st July 2021 and closes on 23^rd July 2021 at 2pm.

3. You must follow 48’s (@48ireland) and Boojum’s (@boojummex) Instagram page and tag 3 friends on 48’s campervan competition post in order to enter.

4. There will be one winner of one mobile home campervan rental competition(“Vehicle”) for themselves for use with up to 3 friends in the Republic of Ireland only.

5. The prize consists of 7 nights Vehicle hire from the 6^th – 13^th of August 2021 only (“Travel Dates”) for a maximum of 4 people. It includes fully inclusive Vehicle insurance for the duration of your trip and €500 spending money.

6. The winner and any participants must be available to travel between Travel Dates. Travel Dates cannot be altered. 

7. The winner and any participants are responsible for adhering to any government and/or health advice regarding covid-19 and travelling and sleeping in the Vehicle during the Travel Dates. Three has no liability for any inability or decision not to take up the Vehicle prize.

8. The Vehicle sleeps a maximum of 4 people and includes a kitchenette with hob, oven and fridge, bathroom with shower, toilet and hot water.

9. Driver must be over the age of 21 and have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. Vehicle insurance cover details for motorhome are set out below.

The cover provided is set out below. Note that all inclusive is on a 1 accident basis.

The Motorhome All Inclusive Insurance has five exceptions which are:

- any damage to the underside caused by driving off road

- any damage to the vehicle or roof which occurs over 1.8 metres from the ground

- any damage to the windows in the living/sleeping area

- any damage to the vehicle caused by reversing manoeuvres

- damage to the water system caused by putting fuel in the water tank

10. The winner is also liable for replacement or repair of windows or tyre damage and accidental/negligent damage to any parts of the Vehicle in addition to any road traffic penalties or damage to any person or property not covered by the insurance.

11. The Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of petrol/diesel as appropriate.

12. Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.

13. The winner will be the entry deemed the best by the judge from the list of eligible entries during the Competition Dates. The winner will be notified via Instagram and contacted by DM.

14. There is no cash or other alternative.

15. Three reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.

16. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which are deemed too inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.

17. Privacy Notice:

Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as 48 acts as Data Controller when it uses any of the personal data you provide as part of this competition and as such we are obliged to tell you how we will treat that data. The winners name will be posted to 48’s Instagram, our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest.  Your entry will be used in line with Instagram and Facebooks privacy notices as they are also Data Controllers of personal data that you share with them so please familiarise yourself with those notices.

Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited will take your name and address in order to send the winner their prize, our lawful basis is to fulfil the competition in accordance with these terms.  Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited will just keep this information long enough to deliver your prize and in line with competition rules.

Your name will be displayed on our website at 48.ie if you are a winner for as long as is required under consumer competition rules.
