This competition, 48 One4All Voucher Survey Competition 2024, is organised by Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited trading as “48”.

Competition Dates: 1^st July – 19^th July

1. You must be aged 16 and over and be a resident of the Republic of Ireland to enter this competition.
2. The competition commences 1^st July at midnight.
3. You must be an existing or new customer to 48 to qualify for entry. The competition is not open to Three employees, agents, contractors, or sub-contractors - or their families.
4. To be entered into the prize draw you must complete the questions in the survey provided and add your email address to the required field.
5. The survey should be answered as instructed in the email sent to you to enter the competition. Entry to the competition is not available through any other channel.
6. You must answer the survey accessible in the link provided in the email sent to you within 14 days to be eligible to be entered into the prize draw. The prize draw will take place on 19^th August.
7. Your right to enter this competition is exclusive to you as per the email sent by 48. Any such entitlement is personal to you and may only be used in respect of your qualifying 48 registered email address.
8. The prizes for this competition are two One4All physical vouchers to the value of €50 per voucher. Each winner is eligible to receive a maximum of one voucher only. 48 reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter the prize or substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification.
9. The winners will be randomly selected. The winners will be contacted directly via email and the prize will be sent to the winners selected. In the event that a winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or 48 is unable to contact a winner after reasonable efforts have been made, 48 may award the prize to another entrant, selected at random.
10. All personal data provided is processed in accordance with the Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited, trading as 48, Privacy Policy which can be reviewed at https://www.48.ie/legal/privacy-policy 
11. By accepting the prize, the winner grants 48 the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as 48 may choose (including but not limited to the internet and/or Social Media) for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this competition without additional consideration.
12. 48 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
13. By entering this competition, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entries which are deemed to be inappropriate or obscene will not be eligible.
