I ported the number , 9.99 doesnt show but 12.99. Why?

After I activated the card . Ported the number to 48 . Try to buy the plan but guess what ? Only option available straight 12.99 instead if 9.99 that is widely promoted until 1st November . Today is 15 October . Why cant I buy the 9.99 plan as advert...
