Several people lately seem to be posting that they cannot log into their My48 online account.If you have this problem then try another browser and/or device (e.g. PC/laptop/tablet instead of the phone etc.).
Sometimes this allows access.

What are the symptoms of the problem?
What is working/not working?
E.g. do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Are any services working at all - outgoing/incoming calls, outgoing/inco...
Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.

As I already said, 48 bills/invoices don't include any postal address - just the email address and phone number - and are no use for proof of address purposes.
