Daughter with 48 - how to set son up too now?

Hello my son has an sim with you & I want to order one for my daughter now,

New customer - no internet/mobile data

New phone - new SIM card

I got a new phone and was told by tye shop to get a new sim as my other one might be very old and cauing slow working of things on ny phone

Didn't receive any rewards when friend joined 48

I didnot get any reward to invited my friend joinedf48

Signed up with 3 - calls/texts don't work

Please help I signed up with 3 I cant make calls
