Hi, I have a 48 membership account is in credit, yet I have no phone coverage or internet access

What exactly do you mean by "no coverage"?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
When were things working properly for you last?
Did anything change in the meantime?
What exactly do you mean by "account in credit"?
Do you have an active membership plan?
