Does your My48 account Dashboard confirm that you have an active membership plan?
Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
Do you get that message for all calls or only some?
Does it happen on all calls to Irish landline/mobile numbers?
When were you last able to make calls successfully?
