I got a notification that my membership has expired this morning. I previously set up auto renewal and this worked fine for Sept and Oct, but failed this month. Bank details are correct, debit card is in date and has sufficient funds.
When I log onto My48 and check profile payment details are greyed out so I can't see if there is a problem there.
Is there a problem with 48 membership renewals? I have not been able to buy a new membership manually either.
