Up to recently, I was getting very good data speeds in area around my house 5-10 MB.

Lately it is virtually unsuable at 0.2 MB. I am in Co Cork. Why is this and any hope of an improvement. Tried sons phone, on 3, got 4 MB. Aren't 48 on 3 network? Also reception shows full bars with 4G showing.
