Updates for customers impacted by Ukraine crisis

For our 48 customers in Ukraine or those contacting loved ones in Ukraine from Ireland, we're here to help in any way we can.

 

We have removed charges associated with calls and texts from Ireland to Ukraine and Ukraine to the rest of the world from 2nd March 2022 until 30th June 2022.

 

Any charges already incurred by customers for calls and texts from Ireland to Ukraine or Ukraine to the rest of the world from 24th Feb 2022 to 2nd March 2022 have been applied to customers accouts.

 

Our thoughts are with everyone in Ukraine at this time 💙💛
