I could not find the Web Chat of 48.ie so hopefully you can help.
I set up my Dad 5 months ago on 48.ie and all was working.
This week, I tried moving my Mum onto 48.ie. Unfortunately, I did the port on my Dad's account. So now, Dads number is working on my Mums phone. How can I port back my Dads number? Ideally, if I can access the Move My Number screen, it should be able to do it, but we cannot access it as it has an active membership.
