You'll have to contact 48 support about this as nobody here on the community forum will be able to sort it out for you unfortunately.

Your post is a bit unclear.
Security text for what?
For porting your number from another provider to 48?
Or for something else?
And are you saying that the text literally contains the message "Bad request" rather than a numeric code?
Or are you saying that have received a code ok but when you enter it (where?) you get the message "Bad request"?

Just activate the SIM as normal, stick it in an unlocked phone and configure the internet/APN settings and you're set to go.
