My phone was locked by mistake and was told to put the PUK no,. I put the first PUK no on the sim pack, It did not work and I tried the second PUK no and still did not work What are my supposed to do again. I have not been able to use my phone since Friday and it b is frustrating. I contacted 48 but up till now, no responsibility see from them. Please help look into this quickly. Cheers.

Hi there guys.Im in a bit of a pickle.

I've blocked my SIM, this some how happened while in my pocket.Now I can't access my phone at all.I need my puk details as I can't find the original card with all the details.
