when i turn on my phone it always asks for my puk code which I type in and the it works, howevsr this time it won't accept my puk code and asks me to contact the server about my puk code. locked sim apperats on the top left hand side of my iPhone 5s. looking for my puk code to unlock sim thanks

You can get it via your account without the need to wait for us to reply.

Just go here https://www.48months.ie/profile/details and log into your account. Near the bottom of the page you will see your PUK waiting for you.

You probably should not post your personal details in a public forum.
You need to contact 48 support to get access to your online account again. You can contact them by email:

support@48months.zendesk.com

Then you can get your puk here:
