I just reviewed your post... i realise now that you should check out the FAQs on the bottom of 48s homepage and select forgotten pin/puk... this should sort the issue!
If this dosent work contact the 48 care crew.

Hi, after blocking my pin my phone requested my puk code so I went online to my 48 details to get it but when I entered the Puk code given for my phone it still came up as wrong?

How do i see my puk code online?
Log into your online account and then go to My Details and it's listed down the page a bit.
