Anyone else had this issue ?
Do you mean when using a 48 mobile data connection (as opposed to wifi)?
What happens?
Any error messages?
Can you access other sites/services?
If UB is the only site that displays that error message then I don't really know what's going wrong unfortunately.
If you're using the 48 SIM in a phone that is acting as a hotspot then can you browse to UB on that as opposed to another device connected to the hotspot?
Or are you using the 48 SIM in a 4G router?
Are your internet/APN settings definitely configured correctly?
Have you tried other devices/browsers to see if that makes any difference?
And for what it's worth (possibly nothing...):
Hope this helps.
Hi,
So I can get to the UB website but once I click on to log in to the online banking it says the page cannot be displayed. This is both over wifi as a hotspot and on the actual devise itself with the 48 sim in it.
I can access it fine on another network on the same device using a different mobile provider. The phone is unlocked & I have the correct APN settings for 48.
I have cleared the cache & browser history and cookies.
I have tried a different browser using the 48 sim and its the same thing.
I have spokent to UB and they believe it is a network provider issue.
You mean the link at the top left of this page for logging in?
https://digital.ulsterbank.ie/personal.html
I.e. this link?
https://www.ulsterbankanytimebanking.ie/default.aspx
Works fine for me. It displays fine for me. But I'm not an Ulster Bank customer so I can't try to actually log in.
Correct.
All I get is a 'This site cannot be reached' page.
