Here at 48 customer care is treated very differently. We pride ourselves in being the sole online-only mobile phone company, so there’s no spending half the day on hold listening to Damian Rice! So if you need help with any little thing, you can just search the 48 Community, Facebook, Twitter, or even get it touch directly with our customer care crew.


And we really mean any little thing. What started off as an aggressive post on our Facebook page soon escalated into a humourous exchange tales about Robin Hood, a tragic Fifa match and a mutal love of game of thrones, as well as the spark of some bromance between customer Seán & Kev from the 48 team! Everyone loves a bit of banter. While we’re not encouraging abuse, have a bit of craic with our team and you never know, you might just be rewarded for it!
