Trying to port from 3, asking for my account number but when I enter it says it must have 10 digits but my account number only has 9 digits.

If you're porting FROM 3 to 48 and it's asking for an account number then you need to contact 3 rather than 48 about this.

Hope this helps.

I am not a 48 employee so if you need to contact 48 support then use option 3 or the chat facility here.

Oh sorry.
Presumably the 48 porting request form is asking for the 3 account number?
Maybe try putting a 0 at the start or end?
If that doesn't work then you'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.
The chat facility is usually the best/quickest way to get issues sorted and will be back online again tomorrow morning.

Hope this helps.
