I have eventually got a network , but I have no 3G , I web chatted to 48 for an hour 2 days ago they said I would get an email from the technical dept but nothing
I changed phone it's all unlocked and my 48 is working perfectly but not for data when I leave the house wifi. Its a new phone the oneplus8T. Can anyone help me sort this? I need data when no wifi for work.

Softify is not working on my One plus 3T. I get message no Internet connection in Softify app. There is no issue using Netflix, YouTube or Prime Video. Also if I use a Lycamobile sim in same phone, the Softify app works. I think it's some APN setting...

The option to hotspot has disappeared from my iPhone since moving to 48 recently and updating to iOS 14 (I don’t know if it happened before I updated the phone or not). Is this because 48 doesn’t allow hotspotting or is it another issue?
