What does your online account say?
Dial *100*8# - what does it return.
What is your membership expiry date?
What sort of membership and data allowance do you have?

MY *100*8# IS RETURNING "INVALID QUERY"
Same for me.
I think some of the old codes no longer work.
The thread that you replied to is 5 years old.
If you want to check your internet or other allowances then you can do so via your My48 account.

Then you just do it.
The only thing you need to do here is to disable membership auto renewal if you ever enabled it.
Otherwise you just move.
