Hi,
I need help escalating Ticket #750882.
I was officially notified on Aug 13th that I won a €250 One4All gift card, but almost three weeks later, the voucher hasn't arrived and email replies have stopped.
Could a moderator please check Ticket #750882 internally and get an update on when this will be issued?

They don't tend to monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

It's probably not a great idea to post your winning ticket number on a public forum like this where anyone can see and maybe try to claim it.

You might want to edit your post to remove those details.

Hi @dalyer, thanks for the heads up!
Just to clarify, #750882 is my open Zendesk complaint reference number with 48 customer support, not a winning claim code or voucher details, so no security risk there!
Appreciate the advice on direct support—I’ll keep chasing it through the Zendesk ticket thread directly.
