Your post isn't really that clear.

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain/describe your issue clearly and in detail.

If, by "cancel payment", you mean that you want to stop membership plan auto-renewal then you can do that via your My48 account:

If, by "switch to a different simcard", you mean that you need a replacement 48 SIM then see here:

If, by "simcard cancel", you mean that you want to leave 48 to join another mobile service provider then see here:
