&lt;P&gt;1740 is not a number for calling 48 so I don't know where you're getting that from.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Edit: oh, seems to be some eir number for topping up so obviously absolutely nothing to do with 48:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>UK/Germany roaming problems - how to contact support?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have travelled to the UK and Germany. Whenever ending flight mode, my 48 Sim card is doing restarts constantly until I turn it off.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried everything inthe troubleshooting guide.&lt;BR /&gt;How can I contact 48, phone or messenger? If I dial 1740 I get the message that I am not allowed to call!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
