    <description>&lt;P&gt;loving the great value 48 service so far.&amp;nbsp; Just one suggestion.&amp;nbsp; I would happily pay extra for an Express SIM postal service as I lost my phone and am now dependent on normal snail mail/An Post to get a new SIM after a couple of days.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps this could be considered for people who need a new sim for lost/stolen phone reasons.&amp;nbsp; Unless there is a secret stock of 48 SIMs in any "3 Ireland" stores ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
