      <description>What do you mean?&lt;BR /&gt;There's no "best way".&lt;BR /&gt;The roaming charges are covered in the link that I posted above.&lt;BR /&gt;You put some cash credit on your account to pay the relevant charges and that's it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>
